Privacy is our priority. Raid Masters is operated by Natural Inc., a company incorporated in Mumbai, India ("Natural Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights as a player.

By installing or using Raid Masters (the "Game" or "Service"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and optional profile details (avatar, display name). This is used to manage your account and provide the Service.

1.2 Gameplay Data

We collect data about your in-game activity, including match history, squad interactions, in-app purchases, and performance statistics, to provide and improve the game experience.

1.3 Device & Technical Information

We automatically collect:

• Device model and operating system version
• IP address (for approximate region/server routing only)
• App version and session data
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

1.4 Usage Data

We collect aggregated and anonymised data on how you interact with the Game — features used, screens visited, and session length — to improve the Service.

1.5 Advertising Identifiers (IDFA)

On iOS, we request your IDFA only with explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. On Android, we may collect the Advertising ID subject to your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account information — to authenticate you, manage your account, and communicate about the Service.
• Gameplay data — to operate matchmaking, leaderboards, seasonal events, and to improve the game.
• Device & technical information — for crash reporting, debugging, and service stability.
• Usage data — in aggregated/anonymised form to improve game features.
• Advertising identifiers — with your consent, to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
• All categories — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 Firebase (Google LLC)

Purpose: Authentication, crash reporting, and analytics.
Data shared: Auth tokens, device identifiers, crash logs, anonymised usage events.

Purpose: Product analytics.
Data shared: Anonymised usage events and session metadata.

3.3 Meta (Facebook SDK)

Purpose: Advertising attribution and campaign measurement.
Data shared: IDFA (only with ATT consent), app install events.

3.4 No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Security

• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2 or higher for all data transmission.
• Encryption at rest: Account and sensitive data encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• Access control: Role-based, need-to-know access within our organisation.
• MFA: Required for all employees accessing production systems.

5. Data Retention

• Account information: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion.
• Gameplay data: Retained while active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Usage and analytics data: Retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.
• Crash logs: Retained for up to 90 days.

6. International Data Transfers

Natural Inc. is based in Mumbai, India. Our service providers may be based in the United States. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Tracking & App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

• If you grant consent, we share your IDFA with Meta for advertising measurement only.
• If you decline, no IDFA is collected and no cross-app tracking occurs.
• You can change your preference anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Request data portability
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Children Under 13

Raid Masters is rated for players aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at dev@naturaldevs.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
