Welcome to Raid Masters, published by Natural Inc. ("Natural Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Mumbai, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Raid Masters mobile game and related services (collectively, the "Service").
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
Raid Masters is a competitive mobile battle game featuring Battle Royale, Clash Squad, and Extraction BR modes. The Service includes the mobile application, in-game events, matchmaking, leaderboards, and all related features.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at dev@naturaldevs.com if your account is compromised.
Certain game items, cosmetics, currency, and battle passes may be available for purchase. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time.
In-game virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are licensed to you, not sold, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, payments will renew automatically each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Natural Inc. grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Raid Masters on a device you own or control.

All game content — artwork, characters, code, audio, and all other materials — is owned by Natural Inc. or its licensors. No content grants you ownership rights. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE NOT TO:
By using the Service, you consent to receiving push notifications, in-game messages, and email communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Disabling push notifications may limit some game features.
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services. Natural Inc. is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Review their terms before using them.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NATURAL INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURAL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Natural Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, in English, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Either party may seek injunctive relief or bring an individual action in small claims court, or file an intellectual property infringement claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND NATURAL INC. AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS.
If you use Raid Masters on an iOS device, these Terms are between you and Natural Inc. only — not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.
If you downloaded Raid Masters from the Google Play Store, these Terms are between you and Natural Inc. Google LLC has no obligation or liability for the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any violation of these Terms without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us at dev@naturaldevs.com. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends.
